Terry A. Mors, QEP, President has more than 23 years experience with helping organizations to improve process effectiveness.  Terry has a proven track record of positive performance, having worked with hundreds of organizations during this time.  He has worked with organizations as diverse as chemical manufacturing, paint manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, steel mills, foundries, computer manufacturers, software design, painting job shops, and laboratories.

Susan A. Mors, Vice President has more than 25 years experience in health care organizations.  Sue is presently focused on helping organizations to understand the insurance payment process, and put systems in place to reduce receivables.  Every organization with which Sue has worked has reduced receivables significantly in a short time.

Mary McDonald, Senior Associate, has more than 20 years experience with process improvement.  Mary has extensive experience with the computer and automotive industry.
